At DUFT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unopened items within 30 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your DUFT account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly written on the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Use the prepaid shipping label provided via email to drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
